Isn't it amazing how many people online think they are lawyers, but never attended any law school; heck, some never finished college, much less high school; but, they all yell words like pyramid, scam, ponzi, illegal; and, of course drinking a beer and texting isn't illegal if one is an idiot. Think about all those real idiots online who learned the lingo from Perry Mason.
